Gold MLC’s medical record reviews start with a summary of pertinent information from the records to lay a foundation.   While reviewing the records, we look for strengths and weaknesses, missing records, potential defenses, pre-existing conditions, deviations in the standards of care and potential defendants while considering litigation strategy.
